I have lived here for a year now and have enjoyed my stay on the property.

First of all, before moving here, I looked at every apartment Cedar Hill had to offer and noticed that THE GATES OF CEDAR HILL was the only one that had a friendly, welcoming staff that made me feel that I was wanted.

Maintenance: COULDN'T BE BETTER! Everything was well kept and when I needed something, help was on the way. The grass was always watered and the trees looked so green! When I would drive by the maintenance men, they always had a smile and seemed to work efficiently.

I am also very big on safety, and when I saw children playing with no care in the world I knew I could rely on this property and neighbors to make sure everything on the outside never came in on the inside.

Some neighbors were loud at night. Not with music, but just talking loud outside. Young kids. But I always had a good night's sleep.

Overall, this property is one that family's and single's could enjoy. The price seems heavy out of pocket, but it is well worth it!!
