High Pointe Village is by far the wrost place I have ever lived and I have spent a week in a homeless shelter! 1st me and my new husband were scheduled to move in on Jan 2nd and they didnt have our apt "ready" until Jan 14th, and it wasnt even ready. The dishwasher was dirty, windows dirty, carpet wet, OMG! I called the office at least 6 times asking for them to send someone from maintinence to clean the apt, the person who answered always said, sure, and no one ever came. Then we were without water for about a day! That's not even the wrost part, during our stay there, I got preg and had a baby, about 1 week after my baby was born i started seeing roaches EVERYWHERE, we had to sleep with the kitchen light on so we wouldnt wake up to a roach family reunion. When we finally decided there was nothing else we could do and told management, they told my husband it was his fault to have his baby ion that environmebnt and he should have told them sooner to get pest control! When pest control finally came, they only sprayed under the kitchen sink and frige, that didnt help at all! I was so glad to finally escape this hell hole of druggies, drug dealers, and people who milk the govt and sit on there a**! I only lived here because it was all I could afford at the time and I didnt want to break my lease, plus they didnt even give our dep back and the place was left spotless, but I was so ready to get away from those people I didnt even care! Please do not move here, especially if you have kids and dont want roaches in your d*mn food, makeup, clothes, everything. Thank you God for letting me escape this place!!!

People that post this nonsense make me laugh. Why would you even move in if it was that "bad"? Because it probably wasn't. And if things continued to be bad there are many things you could have done to get out. Properly document everything so you have proof. Then contact someone with the city inspectors office, they would have come out and checked. If you keep records of things that are wrong and can show the complex was neglegant then YES you could have got out of your lease. And for the deposit did you question it? If you really left it spotless then why not want it back? This complex is not that bad. If it was you would not have stayed bottom line! PS Drugs are bad.

I dont know if you live here, or work her(more than likely since youre anonymous) but I understand. No one wants to admit they live/work at a ---- hole. As for the drugs, I'm sure you know how bad they are, you probably give the renters who sell a discount on their rent for hooking u up...

OMG I agree with you these apartments is the worst of all that I have ever lived in they dont fix ---- and when you call they tell you ok Im gone send out a ticket..Yea ticket my ass I would be rich if I got a nickle for everytime they said that and send bull ---- ass maint.around here who dont have a clue on what the hell they doing prime example I sat without air for damn near a week and they kept sending the same person around who didnt do ---- a on going issue from day one and please Ms/Mr.Anonymous I hope you do work in office cause I have photos of everything and my deposit is one you want be keeping trust that..Now Document that ----...
