This place is horrible. Forget making a complaint, it gets ignored (one of my complaints is going to the fire marshall, a BBQ on the second floor balcony - management was going to look into it as part of their patio inspections two weeks ago but guess what's still there!!!). They are very quick to point out the rules, but don't enforce them. They are quick to promise, but don't deliver. I had a Fed Ex note left on my door and a call from the office the package was waiting for me, but they couldn't find it. They have no clue what they are doing. As I type this I can hear my upstairs neighbour walking, it's 12:04 in the morning. This place is Ghetto.

WHen we turned in the condition of apartment review, two weeks later someone turned up asking what we "needed" repaired, only concerned with taking care of the bare minimum.


My favourite, I had my pickup parked in the "covered parking", I came out one evening to see kids playing in the back of it, YES IN THE BED OF IT!. When I reported this to management, I was told "they are just kids". Clearly they have no regard for you or your personal property here.

Ground maintenance is a joke. If you decide to spend a little more and get a yard because you have a pet, the maintenance people don't close the gates. Be prepared to chase your pet if they notice the open gate before you, and be warned if your pet escapes, if management see's (And you follow the rules normally), you will get hit with a fine for a loose animal. I regret coming here for the short period I needed until my house was finished. I have lived in apartments before, but nothing like this. STAY AWAY - FAR AWAY!!!!!
