Altea At Silverado

Good place, but pretty expensive. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We moved in a couple months ago from NW Austin. Very nice place. Seems well built. Love the apartment floorplan. Its pricy compared to other apts in the area but its also nicer than any other apts in the area. can here neighbors above us sometimes. Good staff, marginal parking availablility but better than our previous apt. Nice greenbelt out back. Pretty hard to turn left or go straight across Parmer but there should be a light soon. Maintenance has been prompt, unlike Le Montreax where we lived before. Air conditioning is marginal but I like it around 63 degrees at night. Overall, if your'e willing to pay for a little better quality, better neighbors, a safe feel, and good staff then I would recommend Altea!
