I REALLY regret moving here. Toll road traffic loud. Management ALWAYS in your business. Ridiculous rules that you find out about when they request ridiculous fines.
Theft is a concern. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. Breezeways usually dirty. neighbors rude. Security lighting outdoors not turned on till late at night. I found management was your best friends until they got your money, then the greed factor took over. Just an opinion though. Come join us for your own opinion. pool always crowded with people drinking and leaving their trash out. yeah my kid would need to see that.

You sound bitter. An opinion such as yours reduces our community and it sounds like you need to move on. Too bad you like to blame everyone instead of enjoying such a talented community and caring staff. How can you berate management when you agreed to follow some simple financial guidelines, question security in a gated, patrolled community and suggest children aren't safe in the pool area. Shame on you!

doesn't sound bitter to me, i'm also a resident here and agree with most of your claims. btw don't walk your dog by the woman that has a sign posted in her window not to walk your dog by her building, i didn't know we owned the grassy areas just because we lease apartments here-she got a good deal. lol, on the talents too. i wouldn't break my lease though it's not worth it

I disagree with this posting. I just moved in a month ago, and the breezeways in my building are pretty clean. Points to think about: 1. Can't blame the noise of the tollway on the complex. You should have chosen an apartment at the front or middle of the complex. 2. Ridiculous rules? Did you not read your lease before you signed it? I did. 3. Management greedy? I got a notice letting me know I had a credit. talk about greed--they are making sure I take advantage of my money. They could have kept it. 4. Pool being crowded? It's summer and it's a nice pool. If you see someone leaving trash out, ask them to put it away b/c you have kids and would appreiciate someone else watching out for them too. I'm sorry but it just sounds like you need something to pick on.
