My wife and I moved in here around the first of August and we love it. The floorplans are large and nicely layed out. The staff is friendly and eager to help. We did have a few minor problems when we first moved in but that is understandable because noone had ever lived there before but they were fixed immediately once I told the office. They have parties so you can meet everyone that lives around you where they serve free food and free beer which I have never seen before. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone to call home.

Office staff review. All 5's even though there was construction all around 08/2007. And free beer? Where the heck are they giving out free beer here? I'm surprised it didn't say "Call 259-3900 and see what Arboleda can do for you!"
