Management is great when you sign you lease but when you have a new neighbor's appliance leaking into our apartment, the repairs done shoddy in deed. Still feeling the nails in the carpet. Also, Can hear our neighbor upstairs banging all night almost every night. Management not helpful when it comes to advising what to do about this. They said that happens when you live on the bottom floor. Had our door kicked at the other day. What was that all about' Agree with other tentant's observation about the breeze way being unkept. Also, have neighbors who don't pick up after their pets. I could go on and on but I won't!! Thanks for letting me vent!

Perhaps you should speak with your neighbors and work things out. It sounds like you want management to babysit issues that could easily be worked out with a little coomunication/oonfrontation. If you were a homeowner and not an apartment leasee, would't you just talk to your neighbor and rectify the situation. I spoke to my neighbor and asked him to stop his kids from jumping up and down and it's all worked out. Let's step up and work stuff out on our own and stop complaining about management. They are trying to do their best.

Yea it's stone57 giving a great comment about the apartment and staff .Either they are staff or they should change their name to stoned57 cause they must got some good stuff to see things that are not really there.
