when you have a new home or new apartments there will be situations that you can nt control. As time go's on those problems go away and it becomes a great place to live. this is a great place to live till you get the home of your dreams.

HA HA HA, you are a stupid person!!!! Have you walked around this complex and seen the trash on peoples patios and the dumpster in the back, you tell me that this is a great place to live. I shouldn't have to pay to get out of here when I have not be here a month, but thing are getting taken care of I have called and talk to Kelly with Thomason Co. who own this dump. It is all getting handle, she have a copy of all of this and picture of the complex too, we will see what happen very soon!!! Have a great stay at Arboleda The Luxury Dump!!!!!!

Wow. I wonder what how someone could call some stupid when your own grammar is horrible. From your opinion, it sounds like you are just angry. I agree with irlracefan, It's a great place. I've been here about 2 months now and I really like it. Cpeg75, I received a notice on my door for having moving boxes on my balcony and my buddy in building 12 got a notice for having an icechest on his balcony. These guys seem to be doing their job. I think you need to just calm down. Sounds like you got a notice too.

Ok, When you look at the date that I posted my comment it was Nov 2007, before the new "staff" entered. At that time the complex was nice and the original staff was fair. I could not open my window in the evening fearing I might smell POT or people having loud parties. Or tenants not picking up after there dogs. I am glad that I no longer live there and hope that current residents find something soon. My opinion has changed quite alot!!!!!! And to arboledaapartmentssuck, I only one I sleep with is my wife and your comment was way out of line. Oh by the way if you have to move due to a job or a family member gets sick and you have to take care of them do not think of getting out of your contact because it will not happen. If you owe 6 months left you owe for six months, If you owe for 3 months you pay for three months. Before I left I spent one last Saturday at the pool and what a waste of time. There are rules posted for no smoking and no open bottles, well you think we all can read but NO you have stupid people breaking the rules and guess what the staff does nothing about it. So to cpeg75 I have seen what the grounds look like and it is horrible why do you think I left. Good luck to all that has to put up with others who only care about themselves and not there neibors. If Arboleda went to a credit check you would not have all these problems but they don't so you have to put up with people who really don't care where they live or how they live.
