To list the issues would waste my time. Run far away from this place. Fees, fines, daily fliers and nasty notes for "bad buildings" in childish scolding tones, constant construction and road noise, terribly rude and unprofesional staff and many problems that have been painful to have addressed. Can't wait to leave.

let see about your issues. first of all fees, well if you would pay your bill or your creditors on time you would not have fees just think for a nano second before you complain. daily fliers are to keep you informed of what is going on in the community, this is for you and others let me guess if they did not do this you would complain because they were not communicating with you. if they are scolding you in a childish tone it probally means that you are acting like a child yourself and you can not handle that so that tells me you like to be in control and tell people what to do. Construction noise lets see? hey idiot 1431 is being built and being widened for that area if you did happen to know this area is growing and when place grow you have noise. As for as the staff if you know how communicate and explain your situation they would take care of the situation but then this go back to the childlish scolding that you receive because you yourself do not know how to communicate. Grow up go to work and pay your bills and one other thing you knew there was noise before you signed a lease and you looked at the apartments. If you had any doubt then you should have said No Thanks!
