Run, stay away!!!!! Don't rent from this place it is HELL. I have been here are less then a month and I should have never rented here, I lived in there other apts in San Antonio, TX and it is two different places!! We went from luxury too trash in seconds. I would not waste my time with this place if I was you(RUN). The staff here suck too, they are rude people. They need to get a new staff!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

From the sounds of things you do not know luxury you only know trash. How can you go from luxury to trash in seconds? Can not happen. First of all when future residents come in you know they can not judge them for who they are and denine from housing it is called discrimination...look it up idiot. Second you are an adult go to your neibor and talk to them and express your thoughts and if they tell to to go fly a kite then go to the staff and let them know what is going on and I would recommed you documenting everything so that they (Staff) can take legal action. So how does the staff suck? you expect them to read your mind and fix everything? what a IDIOT see you have to open your pie hole and talk to them, again document your issues. I bet you are a blue or white collar worker which is great good for you. See you let your money talk for you which means you are shallow and really dont care about anybody but yourself luxury person. I have an ideal pay your fee to break the lease and your next months rent and go back to HELL because it sounds like you have been there before. I recommend this to everyone who wnats a nice place to live before they go on to heaven!!!!!!

Dude--get a life already. You've posted 2 other postings on here. If you are so unhappy here leave..pay your "fees" and get out. It's sad b/c my bestfriend lives here and is the one that referred me to this place. I trust his opinion. HOW did we go from Luxury to trash in seconds? Back up your opinion with some sort of statement. As for "the staff here suck too, they are rude people." They have been nothing but nice. If you have the nerve to write something like this posting, then you must not much of a kind person....what's your attitude like at your work place? Sour?

I can't believe this response because I've been living at Arboleda for seven months now and I've always had a good experience with everyone on staff. Yesterday I got a hand written "well wish" from all the staff members. I wondered how much effort it would take to hand write Seasons Greetings for some 500 or so autographs to tenants? I wish you could you experience apartment life back in Manhattan, NY. You'd really have something to ----- about. Go back to San Antonio where everything is just perfect.

Funny the only good response is from staff who are forced to live here. Cause if you ask any one who lives here they will tell you some stories about the the cheap construction and rude staff. Staff need to take spelling classes (go to your neibor) try spell check

I lived at arboleda and that place was horrible. The construction is bad the people are most definetely rude. And the neighbors I had said the same thing. Everyone just needs to get together and tell them how bad the suck.

Just a update from cpeg75, we had a enough and have moved out of the hell hole, We had to paid $3200.00 to get out of our lease, and we are glad we did it!!! Just to let you all know you might want to look at buying a home we bought a new 1700 sq feet home for less then what the crazy people there were renting a large two bedroom for. I'm so happy we are out of there and feel so sorry for all the people living there and for the people just signing a new lease!!! LOOK OUT!!!! RUN FAR AWAY, IT IS A TRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live behind the apartments, and I am sick and tired of all the booming car stereo's infact there is one now. I liked it better when it was a big field with Deer roaming free.
