The Arboldea has it's pros and cons. The pros...i liked the floorplans. It was a good size 2 bedroom apartment. My apartment had alot of windows so there was alot of natural light which i loved. There was also plenty of parking. The maintanence staff was really friendly, the office staff was average.

The cons - poor construction. I could hear my neighbors. I could hear them talk, cough, their baby when it cried, etc. When i moved in, i specifically asked about the walls and the girl told me "oh everything is condo spec which requires walls to be so many inches thick blah blah blah". I know neighbor noise is something to expect living in an apartment but I'd expect less from a newer apartment that is built at "condo specs". I've lived in older, less expensive apartments with much less neighbor noise.

A minus in the floorplan for the apartment that i lived in was that whenever the A/C or heater came on, i would have to turn the TV up to hear it then turn it down when the vent turned off b/c it would be way too loud. The vent was next to the TV. Got a bit annoying when ur trying to watch movies. Yeah i could have moved the TV but not really. With the way the living room was designed, there really was only one place for the couch and one place for the TV.

I lived there for one year and my stay was ok but was ready to move on when the lease was up. Oh and crickets... I've lived in many apartments through out Texas and this is the first apartment i've lived in where the crickets came thru the vents. Other places, they got in b/c they were on your clothes or jumped in when you came into your apartment. I could deal with it but it did freak me out whenever i'd be laying in my bed and i could hear one fall out of the vent and jump around. But the Pros - My 3 yr old daughter loved them. We'd catch them in a jar (i just couldn't kill them) to let them go, which she got a kick out of.

All in all, I'm neutral. It wasn't the best place I've lived in but it wasn't the worst. I put "yes i would recommend Arboleda" only b/c they didn't have a neutral/maybe option. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
