you can hear your neighbors all the time. We've had tons of issues, our dishwasher didn't work, our a/c went out, our garbage disposal stopped working. The crickets were disgusting, they fell through vents and onto beds and people. Managers were never friendly, nothing but money hungry women who talk down to you. Especially that new blonde lady. I'm a woman so there's no sexism there. They were incredibly rude and were always trying to bribe people with food and drinks. We were the first people to live in here and it was awful. They were scratches and dents everywhere and it was just filthy. Our sheet had tons of incidents on it so we wouldn't get fined. We're getting fined for not having our patio clear as of right now. I know they aren't going to use it toward improving the complex. They only upgrading they've done is putting in speed bumps. It's insane to me how they can be so friendly when you're looking then just be so extremely rude. I think the posting below me was actually my neighbor. I could hear her daughter talking through the walls in the morning, every morning. It was nothing bad but the quality the told me of was no where to be found. They don't enforce rules, unless they involve getting money as punishment. People haul around the parking lot here, watch your children very carefully. They thump their music as they are leaving.

My lease is up in March and I can't wait to leave!
