Safe place to live as mentioned. We had no problems with the leasing office. The only complaints I did have were that: a) you can hear your neighbors around you all the time, b) you cannot opt out of a "valet" trash service, c) parking around my building was hard to come by. We finally got a garage but at the price of $100 a month. The leasing office did help me get two extremely loud and violent neighbors either into different apartments or I think they kicked them out. The good things were that you were never bothered much by anyone so long as you paid your rent and water. Everyone was friendly, neighbors included. I will miss this place when we move, but I just simply could not afford to renew.

They should kick you out also with the paper thin walls are so thin you are a extremely loud neighbor.
