very rude staff, charges for trash pick up, which i never use, when i went to renew my lease, i told them this, and they said to bad, you are going to pay for it anyway, can hear everything, everyone, is doing, including but not limited to using the toilet, i have lived here sense it open, when it open the staff was great, very nice, wonderful to talk with, and be around, after they all left, slowly new people came in the fired all the nice people, and now every month they have someone new in the office, because they make a mistake and hire a nice person, then they have to get rite of them, they have a computer room, half the time they are not working, and the printer has never worked sense i have been here, it always out of ink, and never works anyway, when the new staff came in, everything stop, no more meet your neighbor things any longer, the cafe corner stop almost everything they offered, soda left, cookies gone most of the time, coffee not there either,
who wants to live in a place like this, the pool use to be open 24 hours also, that stop, to so now we never go there any longer, safely is ok, grounds are good, noise is really a big problem here, i have new people that are above me, and they are very noisy, all night it goes on, they have a dog that runs all over the place, all the time, and it sound the like the celling in coming down on us, they smoke also, and through there cigarettes buts over there balcony, and it lands write in front of mind, so i can look at that all day. i would not say anything to the office, for fear of the people above me, doing something to me, or my car here, so i just have to live here in hell, until we move out. i have rent places most of the last 17 years, because we move allot, i can say this is the worst one i have ever lived it.
