I really like the complex, it's a nice area, the apartments (well my 2br/2ba) were real nice. Lots of space, there was alot of noise near my apartment because of the dump trucks going to the HEB 20 yards away, but other then the usual banging at 2 AM it wasn't bad. My only complaint is that now they're FORCING EVERYBODY to pay $45 for cable. This is ridiculous, even if you don't use the cable you have to pay for it. And they're making residents pay $5 for trash, which wouldn't be a problem except there is only one compactor in the facility and it's all the way in the front, so if you're in the back (like me) it becomes even more of a chore than usual. Overall I'd say it's not a bad complex if you get a spot in the front and use cable. If you're in the back and don't use cable...well they don't really care about you.

The parking is horrible, especially when it is at capacity. There have been several nights where I've had to park half way across the complex because there was nothing near me.

I don't think the noise was too much of a problem, with the exception of the doors. People closing doors on the first floor, it seems very loud. At first I thought it was the people slamming the door, but the more I paid attention the more I noticed it's just the buildings, even when I close my door it still booms throughout the apartment. Though I couldn't hear anything else.

I do give them credit on service though, the one time I had an issue, they had somebody out that afternoon to fix it.
