We enjoyed living here until it came time to move out. The will make it impossible to get a walk and then bill you for things you might have been able to fix if you could have had the walk. We should have expected it, the office staff is only attentive when you turn in your rent check. The only people on staff who seem caring is the maintenance staff.

This is the first place I have ever been billed upon moving out (my fourth rental) and it was a pretty big shock to hear how much they want. I wish we had looked harder when we moved to town.
