The mgt is terrible and doesn't take care of problems. There are abandoned cars that have been there for 5 months. They put stickers that they were gonna tow them 4 months ago. We have told them numerous times about it. Walls are paper thin and you can here everything that your neighboors are doing. I don't recommend to anyone. But trailer trash cause thats all that lives here. I thought the higher rent would weed them out but guess not.
