Honestly the apts are really nice but not recommended due to management (even tho I had little contact with them). The kitchen is huge and accomdating and there are W/D units in each apt. Some problems I have encountered since I've moved here; paper thin walls so I can hear my neighbors at times. I understand ppl like to have friends over so I let it go 4-5 times. But one night around 3am the neighbors were playing their music so i called it in...NOTHING was done. Parking can be a hassle. The buildings are built without breezeways so if you live on the side where there's no parking, then you would have to walk about 3 mins to get to your car...not accommodating when unloading groceries or when it's raining. MANAGEMENT is awful. I'm not an irrate resident and I definitely dont complain much unless I expect what is guaranteed. I wanted more information about transferring apts and over a 3 wk span, I called 2 times and went into the office twice to speak with the manager but i NEVER got a response. It's hard to seek help from management when they do not provide their services which is very frustrating. Honestly if i had a good experience with management, i would have reconsidered a renewal.
