Management impossible to work with. Office hours very inconvenient. Answering machine constantly picks up in office during "hours". Promised to pick up trash bags at our apartment door when we signed our lease. Never Happened! Didn't receive any deposit when moving out and we had a cleaning service clean the apartment spotless. They made us pay $130 for an apartment "cleaning". I would never again live in any Colonial apartment. Typical corporate owned apartment. Crap!

There is no trash service at these apartments. You are responsible for disposing of your own trash. That is in the lease. Have you ever read it?
