We moved in last June. We were here less than six hours and our dogs were crawling with fleas. Our dogs had never had fleas until we moved here and have been on Frontline their entire lives. There were fleas jumping out of the carpet and onto us even. We wanted new carpet, the manager said they would spray. It did fix the problem, but still grossed us out. The storage area also smelled horrible...maybe the litter box was there with the previous tenants.

Anyways, we have had other issues with the staff not returning our phone calls, or not answering during office hours. Landscaping was not done for a month or so, and with the new service it still looks pretty rough.

The one thing the CG had going for it though was the tennants themselves, but recently we have noticed some pretty trashy characters roaming around. Thank God our neighbors are normal, but other buildings don't seem so lucky.

Five months left on the lease! Can't wait to move!

They have just built a brand new complex across the street and another down the road on RR 1431. I would look there first before coming here. I think management can make or break a place and this ones definitely on the decline.
