There are 2 Colonial Grand properties on Colonial Parkway, "Silverado" and "Silverado Reserve." This review is about the Reserve property.
The apartments are very nice, and there are great big washers and dryers in each unit.
Our neighbors all seem to be quite quiet, or the sound insulation is good.
There is plenty of outside lighting, and the grounds are generally fairly well maintained.
The maintenance staff is great; excellent response times.
The office staff is quite helpful and friendly. There have been a couple mis-billing issues, but they were resolved satisfactorily. They're a bit overworked tho'; always seem so busy, and often calls go to voice mail or you have to wait when you stop by the office.
The one big negative is that there are many residents who do not clean up after their dogs.
Overall, this is probably the nicest apartment I have lived in (and it is my 7th).
