I am still living here and am wishing I wouldn't have rushed into getting an apartment. I was so impatient, that I let them talk me into it too quickly without giving enough thought. These apartments are good for you if: 1. You like living in an apartment complex with old grumpy people. 2. You want to waste all off your money on being "allowed" to have pets. (Honestly 350 non refundable for EACH pet is ridiculous.) 3. You have no social life. You'll be fine as long as you stay in your house, watch TV on volume 2, listen to your music wearing headphones, and don't even dare to have people over.
The apartments are very nice. They look good on the outside, and on the inside. The washer and dryer are not as big as I've seen people say. They BARELY fit my comforter which is for a twin size bed. The fridge is tiny, the freezer is worse, there are no lights in the bedrooms or living room. If I'm paying this much I at least deserve a light in my room. The old grumpy people I was talking about earlier will tell on you and spy on you. There are extremely annoying little kids EVERYWHERE, that seem to love in front of cars and say comments to people when you walk by. Within the first week I had moved in there were like 6 car break-ins which happened in the same area the police officer stays. The staff seem nice, but that's only until you sign the lease. The maintenance is not so great. I called about being locked out of my bathroom and they never came, never called, nothing. I had to unscrew the door knob and use the screwdriver to turn the handle. They tell you to scoop your dogs poop but don't ever keep the doggie bag dispensers full with bags. The pool is nice if you want to be surrounded by kids running, jumping, and splashing. The fitness center is alright aside from the TV's not working, and the magnets for the machines not being there so you can't use them. Honestly, I could keep going, but I'd rather not. Once again, if you want to waste your money thinking that you're getting into something nice then these are perfect. Get ready to be disappointed.

I hear you. I lived there for almost a year. They were absolutely terrible! My worst apartment experience ever! They have no isulation and you can hear everything your neighbors do. Evidently yours hear you. I'd definately recommend to you next time you are shopping for an apartment to check out any of the Larry Peel properties. They have 3 inches of concrete between the floors and I NEVER heard any of my neighbors or had any problems at all. HardRock Canyon over by the arboretum is where I lived. Truly great properites! A little more expensive but worth the money!
