My family (husband and 2 boys) have lived here since February. Summer and Hazel have been very helpful these past few months with us.
I have NOT been the perfect tenant, had surgery and a simple surgery came with MANY complications and ended up being out of work for about 6 weeks. It was nice knowing that I could pay late (late fee's of course) But it was so much easier than worrying about being homeless at a time like this. Our situation has FINALLY changed and we are looking at paying August on time:)
The only down fall I see here, and maybe since this is a newer complex, there are lots of kids and pets, so a playground would be nice, and a dog park. many newer complexes had a smaller gated area where dogs can run off the leash

It's nice that one of the managers live here on property, she is kinda the "eyes and ears" of this place.. this is her home as well, so it stays nice and neat and clean.
"pet poo" trash cans all over, with little baggies..
nice pool.
