i took a look at these apts. they are cheaper than the ones next door or across the street, it is quiet enough, but the apts are small. a LOT smaller than some of the 2 bdrms i have seen.

most of the noise can be heard if you are outside. lots and lots and lots of noise.

you can get more for the money and this property has income restrictions.
