Luxurious (considering price and other apartment complexes around)
Storage! It has lots inside!
Interior very nice and livable!
Exterior nice to look at
Grounds (Landscaping) very attractive!
Helpful staff that has helped us in so many ways when we were moving in!
I have never seen the pool dirty!
They also have little "things" a couple times a month like a brunch, drive through breakfast or popsicles for the kids. Which is nice!
The downs:
The gates break all the time, so there really is no security.
THE NOISE! At 2am I can hear people running up and down the corridor and that REALLY gets annoying!
They closed down the pool for some tenants breaking rules. For a week! Not to terribly fair. They should of handled it individually, not shut down the pool for an entire week...2 weeks before school starts!!
