My sister and our children were going to move into a 3 bedroom. We put in our application and all the paper work around the 1st of December. Both of our leases expired Jan 1st. On the 15th the leasing agent told us that we were approved, we then asked how much was the deposit and so forth. On Friday Dec. 30, I get off work early, we get the cashier's check for the apartment only to go there and for them to tell us that our file wasn't COMPLETLEY approved yet. It would take another week or so to get it fully approved. So, here my sister and our children have to be out of our apartment by the 1st. Here we are just 2 days before with no place to live. We had all of our paper owrk in on the 1st and the leasing office said that that would be sufficent amount of time.
I am very dissapointed at the way things were communicated to us. There was a total LACK of COMMUNICATION. People shouldn't be allowed to operate a business like that. Especially since renters depend on a place to live, if we here we got approved. Fortunately we found a terrifc apartment at the Vista's for a lot cheaper then what we would of paid here.
