I moved to this complex sight unseen and only because it was one of the only complexes with availablity. The apartments and landscaping are very nice considering what you are paying because it is an income capped complex. The security gate only worked for the last two months I was there during a 12 month lease. The neighbors and apartment staff make this complex "low-income". The apartment staff are abrupt and under-educated. They have a sloppy disposition and for an office environment, their attire is tacky at best. The neighbors have little respect for each other and the complex. You will hear children screaming (playing) at all hours of the night, loud music coming from passing cars, if you have small children they will hear foul language, people with animals will leave fecal matter in the grass and stairways, trash will be left outside of apartment doors for all of the world to see. If you can put up with ignorance in exchange for a lower rent payment then this is the place for you but if you would prefer to pay slightly more somewhere else and not deal with the above...do it!

I grately appreciate reviews. I was there two weeks ago to apply for an apartment and you couldn't be more right about the staff. Specially the "assistant manager" what a crackhead. She was smoking away by the pool and on the phone. Then when I had the opportunity to speak with her, she had such an attitude. I still applied because I figured the low rent was worth it the try, but after almost two weeks of jerking me around, they denied my application. At first I was insulted and upset that such a place would denied me, but after giving it some thought and reading all the reviews I am so thankful!!!!!!!... You are right, the staff attire is not only tacky, but cheap and it does make the place look "very low income" then again, they live there! that should say it all when you talk to the staff.
