Please hed the comments in reviews posted here. Been a resident under both former and current management, and the degradation is marked and sustained. Honesty and integrity are absent from the office staff to maintenance personnel. Once was a place where friendly people gathered at the pool and it was safe for my children, and been replaced by beer guzzling party folks. Police are there most weekends to quiet some distrubance, and complaints to anyone onsite fall on deaf ears. Read ALL lease documents carefully, or your screwed! Best advice, seek housing elsewhere in Cedar Park.

at least at the ghetto your rent matches your expectations. this place is dishonest AND will ruin your credit with fake charges. it seems to piss them off when you move even if your lease is up. wtf is that about?

the rent here is cheap - i paid 600 for a ------ one bedroom in south east austin (really ghetto) - if you really think that lakeline villas is ghetto, you need to live in the area that i used to - you would def. stop all complaints. seriously.
