Well it is nice to hear that things have improved, if they have, but i doubt it. I lived there through 2 management companies and the last one was awful. The person whose name you mention is not as nice as you think. All I can say is beware. Heed the warnings of the other people on here. So far, everything I have read that the complainers are writing, I experienced as well.
