Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
they could improve this place if they were not so concerned about being rude and charging people RIDICULOUS charges upon move out. also they don't fix things like they say they will. water leaks go on for a long time until you have mold on your walls. then they want to charge YOU for the damage.

hard to find parking. trash always full. noisy and snotty staff.

it COULD be a nice place, but it isn't.
