I'm surprised by some of the things written about this place. I used to live there about two years ago and I loved it. If not for the location, I would have stayed. I go to UT and my family lives in southwest austin it was just too far to drive.

The apartment I moved into was spotless. All the appliances were brand new. There was more cabinet and closet space then I knew what to do with. There was REAL tile, not that fake nasty linoleum stuff they put in most apartments. It had a washer and dryer in the unit. It was spacious and great. I was never bothered by anyone. Management wasn't particularly nice but the maintenence guys were very helpful. The only problem I had was someone didn't hook up my washer right so the first time i washed something the dirty water ended up all over the dining room floor. But a quick phone call and the super nice maintenence guy was there to fix it and dry up the water.

I don't know if things have changed since I lived there but I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind living so far north. I've even considered moving back. If you live in some other apartments you'll realize this place is pretty nice.
