I'm quite surprised at the bad reviews here. I've lived there for almost eight months, and just signed another lease for the same apt. The apt. itself is quite nice, with ample closet space and real tile. The allowed me to paint whatever colors I chose, they have responded to both of my service calls within the same day, and they were sympathetic and helpful when I had a noise problem with one of the neighbors. I've never found the trash to be full, and while parking hasn't been perfect, I've had to walk much further at other apartment complexes I've lived in in the past. The fitness room is awesome, the pool is beautiful and clean, and I get a smile every time I go into the leasing office.

Are there some residents with a vendetta on this site, or what' I'd recommend this apt to anyone who doesn't mind living north.
