you are given the dog and pony show when you walk in the doors. it is all nice and friendly. ok. then it hits you about 2 mos. in to your lease. they want your money and that is it. do not complain or the head staff person will seek revenge. many of us have discussed that this person may have emotional issues.
the security is non existant. things were stolen out of the gym, the parking lot, and so on and none of the security codes were ever changed. they LOVE to leave the gates open for their convenience, too. but no one tells you that stuff before you sign on the dotted line.
i believe their is a disclosure law that should apply if anyone ever wants to spend any time and effort on it.
