To the person who wrote the latest review: You obviously haven't lived here in a while. Did you ever think that these posts might be by CURRENT residents who keep their particular unit in wonderful condition, but are forced to put up with the absolute incompetence of others' The noise is horrible, the staff is unresponsive. I can't wait to leave this place, but unlike the opinion of the previous post, I will handle my business and keep my unit looking good. CHECK YOUR FACTS GENIUS! Since my last review got deleted, I will post some it here:

1) Noise is a constant problem. My neighbors have evidently opened up a dance club and have bought a matching sound system. The construction does not keep the noise out. Even as I write this review, I listen to it shaking my entire unit. The staff refuses to do anything about it because they say they can't hear it from the breezeway. That's because as soon as a staff member comes around, they turn the music down, then turn it back up when they leave. I have made more than one complaint about the noise, but it has not been handled in a satisfactory manner. The only time the noise was reduced was when I called the police myself.

2) People leave trash outside their units all of the time. The smell is horrible and it will sometimes stay there for days upon days at a time. Whoever said Lakeline Villas was nice and that this "isn't Beverly Hills" needs to evaluate yourself. If I pay to live somewhere, I expect nothing less than high-quality service and experiences. That is not the case here. The place is falling apart, getting trashed out, and turning into one big noise box. I'm glad to be moving out of here. One lease term was one too many!

everything you say is so true. the staff are the only ones posting positive ratings here...something they have bragged about in the past... they are all so trashy and have no work ethic so it is to be expected.
