I have been living here for almost 5 years and I will say I loved it at first but not so much now. Here are the Pros & Cons from my point of view.

Pros: The layouts are good and the ammentities that come with the apartment that you normally have to pay for at other complexes are good. Such as free basic cable, washer and dryer in every apartment and they do not charge to park under carports, unless you pay to reserve one. The upkeep is good and recent paint to the entire complex was a good choice. Also, I have never felt unsafe nor have I ever witnessed or heard any ciminal activity. I often take walks around the complex and go to the mailboxes at night, and never worry about anything. The pool is nice, but it is kinda small and is always crowded.

Cons: I totally agree that management sucks! The manager ----------- has been far from pleasent to deal with. She will tell you "people think I'm a -----, but the fact is I just follow the rules". Uh...no, she doesn't. There were a couple of occasions I know where she did not follow proper procedures and tried real hard to cover herself on them. The newest assistant ----------- could use a lesson or two in professionalism and dealing with people herself. As for maintenance there are a couple of guys that are really nice, but can't say that they are "Johnny on the Spot". Another complaint I have is with the sprinkler system. They have them set to go off during peak traffic times. And with the way they have them set up right by the sidewalks a person is sure to get wet when coming or going. Also there is no place to park to keep your vehicle from getting wet and you are left with hard water spots on your car. I hardly ever wash my car anymore because as soon as I do it gets ruined with the water spots. There is occasional noise, but that is just something to expect no matter what apartments you live in.

Anyway...for me this hasn't been a bad or unsafe place to live. The main problems have to do with the management. But FYI, I have heard rumors that a change is coming. Let's hope it's a good change. I personally would like to see Sarah and Matt come back. They were the most friendly, most helpful and most PROFESSIONAL people in that office to date.
