as per the last review, lets pray for a management change. usually when they start painting, etc, they are selling the property or getting i read for a sale. hopefully they will take their unprofessional management staff with them. she can get a job at a truck stop which she is more suited for, in my opinion.
yes there ARE problems at this property. some violent crimes, lots of noise and the pool is a joke. tiny pool for a large complex doesn't make sense, does it'
it was a nice property at one time and the layouts of the apt is nice but the construction is so bad that the noise is a real problem.
look somewhere else. there are lots of new apts with better amenities in the parmer area.
