To many damn fliers,poor maintenance staff,Lights out all over,pool looks like crap,grounds are horrible,dog crap all over.Big dogs all over.What happend to the 25 pound limit on dogs'''' Gates always open or broke.Looks like this place is goin to hell.can you say Class B property.Low class people moving in and alot of auto theft and break ins.This new management staff is running this place in the dirt.This place used to be nice 2 years ago.Its ashame its goin to crap.It really needs some work to get it back like it used to be.

ummn, not really fair. I'm sure the one that posted this has a 25 lb ----- dog. Why do you think its fair to be able to keep a little yappin ass dog in an apartment and not a larger dog? You cant control every thing, this is a community. Go live in a house.

couldn't have said it better myself. it IS ghetto and they DON'T inforce the dog laws. and that technically means they broke the lease so you can leave when you want to. file your complaints with the austin tenants council. they know the managers name by heart. her rep proceeds her. that should tell you something!
