We moved here from the Dallas area in June of 2008. The original staff members in the office were great, but the new staff members are better. Some people here say they are treated rudely by the staff but that is just not true. The staff members are friendly. Since the new staff took over there have been multiple get togethers with more coming up. These get togethers are a serious attempt for neighbors to get to know each other which also allows the complex to form a safe and watchful community. The complex is kept in a very clean manner. Maintenance is always very helpful. The gates are always closed with the exception of when we are having storms. This allows residents to get in during power outages. I have not seen any break-ins during our stay here, but I will admit that there could be things happening that I don't see. That being said I do know that the Cedar Park Police Dept. is a no nonsense organization that keeps the city clean of scumbags and that includes this complex. Overall-if you want to live in a place that has adequate parking, low levels of noise, pretty grounds, nice looking apartments, competent maintenance, and friendly, professional staff members Lakeline Villas is a great place to stay. By the way, I am a real resident and this is a very real and honest post. As for the negative comments I say put your money where your mouth is. Be brave and identify yourself. Anonymity has no credibility as far as I'm concerned. At least put your email address.
