this place is not just trashy and cheaply built but the staff is the worst of all. yes it has nice views and in a good location but that should be the least of the expierence. the most imporant should be an organized, friendly staff and well built residency---This is suppose to be your home. Once you sign the staff forgets about you, and compiles hidden charges. they say you get your deposit but it just gets subtracted from all the charges, and this is what they call "standard fees." my advice, take pictures before you move in if you choose to, and after and have everything in writting! lots and lots of pictures! also make sure when you pay rent to personaly give it to someone and have them give a reciept. do not trust the "drop box" that is how they lost one of our payments. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

BEWARE TO PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME ! LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DOES OR YES YOIU WILL GET EVICTED BECAUSE YOUR NO BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE.STAFF IS HELPFULL AND COURTIOUS WITHIN REASON...THEY DONT GIVE YOU FREE RENT!

My thoughts are this, if you read all the posts from all the apartments you we see ALL the same complaints. Some people are picky some are just stupid, and others just enjoy having a cool place to live. Bottom line, read your contracts, cover your ass and chill out! My wife works for an apartment complex (not this one) and I've read all kinds of complaints about staff this and garbage that, most of it blow WAAAY out of proportion...find out for yourself and don't listen to whiney people....and remember, the staff if doing their job and NONE of them gain anything from charging you late fees or garbage violations, their just following the rules.
