Like it for the price From: gunnydogs Date posted: 7/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   We moved in when we first came to Austin, the price was cheap, we moved in with zero depost except for the pet fee. The stairs were trashy for a while until we complained, some jerkoff puked on em. We were backed up against a green belt which was great for our dog. There was a nice creek that flowed behind us pretty much all the time. The floors and ceiling were pretty thin. We had an old lady downstairs who had the TV turned up max all the time. The couple above us sounded like elephants walking. The kitchen was kinda small, but loved the bathroom. We never had a problem with the staff, but we also never talked to them or needed to. The only complaint was that someone called the cops the first weekend we moved in and had some friends over for a house warming, it was freaking 9pm on a friday night.
