I've lived at the Lodge for nearly three years now. The first two years were great. Everyone in the office was very friendly. They did nice little things to show that they cared about their tenants: pool/holiday parties, free sunday newspapers at the beginning of each month, valet trash pick up, etc. Now that Northland has taken over, I feel less appreciated. As a tenant who has paid each month on time, never makes noise/causes problems, I find it annoying to receive a notice demanding that I remove a mop from my patio on the second floor. Yea, I'm sure that's quite an eyesore... But I like the complex itself. It's modern, beautifully landscaped, safe, and quiet. Hopefully the new management will realize how important it is to keep tenants happy, as I am just renewing my lease again.

Very true, After the new management took over, in came huge and i mean tall speed bumps, requirements of parking passes, new curfew on the ammenities, such as 7 or 8 o' clock shutoff of pool hall and lounge area, tons and tons of junk mail posted on doors, and no respect. |

Well it went from Great to Good, to just plain Bad. Those b*tches in the office are arrogant and underqualified for their jobs. I guess when you're supervised by a company out of state, you can do whatever the hell you want. Left in a hurry!!
