My building had a water leak and the maintnence man is who came to us, told us we had a leak and worked for hours until it was fixed. The maintenance people have been nothing but helpful to me. They even came on the 4th of July to unlock my door when I misplaced my keys. My thermastat for the air conditioning went out and they came by at ten oclock at night to fix it... needed parts. By noon the next day there was a brand new thermastat. As far as the office staff goes, I've never really had to deal with them. I also live in the back of the complex and never have parking problems
