Maintenance is lowsey, the automatic gates are a joke because there broke most of the time. Don't know why they have gates, because anyone can just walk in through the big gaping gap in the fenceline anyway. The electric bill are the highest I've ever paid - higher than my three bedroom house I just sold. The water bill is billed on a 30 day cycle from the 9th to the 9th of each month, but you get billed alternating month to month on the 5th, then on the 14th - weird. The front office chicks have a real attitude issue and lack knowledge (in general about anything). Can't wait to get out of here when my new house is finished being built.

1. Maintenance doesn't suck. They have came out every time we have requested their presence and assistance. And they are very nice. I have no idea who you've been dealing with. 2. The gates aren't always broken. Sometimes they are left open on purpose. For what I don't know. And besides, I was told upon movein that it was not a security gate, but a means to control the flow in and out of the community. 3. High electric bill? Me too. That's what happens when you run your a/c 24/7 and don't change your filters. By the way, maintenance will do it for you. 4. I have never encountered any of the negative attitude that you have in the leasing office. Just remember that most people will give you the same type of attitude you give them. 5. I agree on the water bill thing. That is too weird. I for one, like this place and am pleased overall.

I too am very happy with this place. I just moved in a few months ago and maintenance is actually the best I've ever come across. I've lived in apartment almost all my life and the guys at this place are always helpful, always picking up trash and they don't look scary like most maint people do. I would recommend this place for sure.

I'm an outside sales rep for an electric company and cedar park is coop not deregulated so you must use PE which is not my company but I can tell you that they do not rachid bill nor do they have hidden fees and cost. There kwh price is very fair and below actual market rate. My electric bill is always low and never changes. Perhaps that's because I know how the meter reading works and I am very knowledged on how to keep a stabilized bill and keep my apt very comfortable. But once again your electric provider has nothing to do with the apt itself. And maintenace is awesome. I am a single female and always felt very leery of the workers from my last complex - not here. They are great and friendly and if I ever need them they are always there.
