Lodge at Lakeline Village

Part two from untitled on may 2 2006 From: shamm@reliant.com Date posted: 10/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I wrote a review about this complex when I first moved in and rated it a B. Well i have been here for about seven months now and I can say a little more about the place. i can honestly say that i would rate this place a very high B or a low A. It has exceeded my expectations - well built and I'm very picky about thin walls. I never ever hear my neighbors. Plus I have not had one maintenace issue. My best friend moved into one of the mansions apts and has had the mainentance guy over dozens of times due to cheap construction. The Lodge did not cut corners. The only corner cut was charging extra for my view - no other apt does this and I have taken many tours and they laugh everytime i mention this. The built in desk is large and a perfect work station - great kitchen - all apliances work well - carpet is great and modern type of burber - closets could be bigger but I find this to be a common issue among newer apts. I love the patio - it's HUGE - perfect. I do wish the pool were not so crowded with irritating families and their many kids and kids friends. But that too is common in other complexes. I think - I never came across that in my last apt. Anyways I might move to be closer to work but I haven't decided yet - I might be gambling because I am happy here.
