I lived in a 1/1 for a year and a half and then moved into a 2/2. I had trouble with the upstairs neighbor's noise (it was not their fault - thin ceiling) in the first apartment - the second one was not nearly as bad, but I am on the top floor now. W/D in unit is great - maint. are really helpful if you are nice to them and make friends. parking is my biggest complaint (I'm lazy). Overall - I have had very little trouble/issues, honestly. I have never felt unsafe (single girl). Not here for the amenities really so I can't comment on comparisons. I got a great deal and even the increases hasn't made me feel like I am paying too much. I just realy don't want to live in cedar park anymore. I depends on where you want to be, but I think it is a great place if you can get a good deal.
