Well, I have been here two years...and honestly I am ready to leave. It is not a kid friendly neighborhood. There are no playgrounds or childrens activities. The parking has always been a problem but is getting better. I would have to park all the way over at another building late at night after work and walk back to my apartment... scary! The maintainance is a real issue... It is usually forever until they can get to you... one situation I have endured is requesting that my porch be pressure washed (after two years, the building walls on my patio are filthy) and they said they would do it for me, no problem. Well, a month later I was trying to get it done and the office manager, after reassuring me that she is not being sarcastic, becomes very sarcastic with me and informs me that it is NOT there job to clean my patio but that it is mine. (I am sorry but I can not clean the building walls myself!) Not to mention the maintainance guy replies through the walkie talkies that he'll get to it when he gets to it. He obviously didnt realize she had the volume as loud as she did. I was only standing right there!
