The Lodge at Lakeline Village management is not friendly or cooporative at all. They do not believe in keeping good tentants happy. I pay every month my rent a on time, I keep my apartment spotless. Because I was watching a friends small dog for them while they were out of town. Management saw me walking the dog and tried to fine me $1,100. $10 a day for every day I have been living in the apartment plus a $200 fine. No warning, no calling me and asking me why I had a dog with me - just a 24 hour notice to pay the fine or the dog would be impounded. That place is a rip off! Do not rent there. It cost $75 to apply to live there, $45 for an administration fee, and $25 for a credit check. On top of that, I moved there from out of state and was lied to by management that there were few apartment vacancies in Austin. Then, I move in from out of state and find out from my neighbors that I am being charged almost $100 a month more than them. I only pray that I'll get out of that place with my shirt on my back! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

You violated your lease agreement. They don't have to give you notice. And not everyone is going to get the same deal. DUH!! Diferent deals for different economic conditions (low occupancy=lower rent, high occupancy=higher rent). That's the breaks!!!

I think it's funny that the pathetic management staff takes the time to monitor all the postings and make their own comments. This website IS for potential, current, and previous renters to share their experiences and opinions, BOTH positive and negative. If they treated their tenants better, they wouldn't have to worry about what is being posted on here.
