I am unhappy here. I recieved a horrible threatening letter on my door from management threatening to fine me a huge amount of money. I have lived at several apartment complexes in my life. Never before have I been treated by apartment managers so badly. I cannot wait to move. I paid a $200 fine to make the managers here happy. On my way out the door, one of the managers threaten to fine me again. I was fearful. Everyday, I would check my front door for a harrassing letter from the managers here. They walk around with tablets looking over apartments and then put nasty letters on tenants doors. I saved the harrasment letter I received from the managers here for future reference. There are several nice apartments in this area that I recommend future tenants looking into. I am very sad about the situation here.

Hello, my name is Jaime, I'm he community manager here and this is obviously an agree renter that continues to posts different stories that I know did not happen. Anyone walking into the office at the Lodge is treated with great respect even if it is over a disagreement or violation of the lease contract. We do not fine any of our residents...ever. We do not use what this person calls a tablet either, we do not own such a thing. I honestly believe that this renter is one who had an unauthorized pet in his/her apartment. If that is the case then yes, the resident would have been required to pay the pet fee of $200 as do all other renters that reside her with animals.
I sincerely appologise if this renter felt threatened at anytime, I encourage him or her to come and speak with me so we can resolve the situation in person.

I live here at the Lodge and I can honestly say that the staff here is nothing but cheerful and happy to help. If you abide by all rules and do the right thing, then you should never have to worry about fines. Correct? This renter was obviously not doing the right thing.

I've lived at the lodge, and I can relate. The office staff is made up of total b-----s. They don't value long-time tenants who pay on time and don't start any trouble and are quick to leave threatening notes over extremely petty issues. The manager there is not qualified for her position. And as you can tell by her posting on here "agree vs. angry".. she's not exactly she brightest crayon in the box.
