I have read most of the negative reviews on my apartment complex and I honestly can not believe any of it. I have had only great experiences starting from the management to maintenance and then to bills that come with an apartment. Renters are never 100% happy, there are always going to be moments that make you angry etc but that is with any real-life situation. How you resolve it is what can make or break your experience. My apartments are always pretty bc they have landscaping once a week, the maintenance guys keep it cleaned up by picking up excess trash (ick!) and dog pooh!! To help with parking they tell the residents to call in any cars that do not have permits and they will tow it - no joke! (I've done it) I know all the girls in the office and have only had genuine great customer service. They will cooperate with any situation and will resolve it usually that day for you. And they call to follow up with you! To all the renters that complain of noise... keep in mind we live next to Lakline Blvd - very busy. We are also filled to 100% capacity AND Cedar Park is having an influx of residents in general. There is also a 24 hr number you can call to report noisy neighbors. All in all, the Lodge is great considering all the apartment horror stories out there. I would recommend them and then defend them if needed. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Management because of insecurity posted the review. How would a renter know about 100% occupancy rates when I live there and there are empty apartments.

If there is dog poop on the property, whose fault is that? Chastize the pet's owners. They are supposed to pick up after ther pets, not maintenance. I gues maintenance can pick it up........then there will be complaints about slow maintenance response time and things of that nature. I have NEVER had anyone disrespect me in that office. NOT ONCE!! However, as a member of the human race, I have realized that people give you as much respect as you give them. Perhaps you were acting in a demeaning manor yourself......... Even if management posted this review, valid points are being made. If you two are so unhappy, I suggest you move to International Residence in northwest Austin for a while and come back with a comparison......

Hello again all! It's Jaime, the Lodge on site Manager. As I've mentioned before I take each and every opinion that is posted on this website very seriously. Though I know it is not possible to make every renter completely happy I assure you that any feedback that I receive from this site whether it be positive or negative will receive immediate attention. It is made very clear to each of my employees that they are not to post complimentary entries to better our rating. Consumers have every right to know the opinion of true renters and I would never promote or encourage that way of advertising. Thank you again for your time. high Jaime. keep that lincoln from parking in the handicapped parking space right by the north/west entrance. it doesn't have a handicap placard!!!
