We just moved in on December 1st. We were asked to fill out the move-in checklist, and did. We found several small issues that we documented just so we wouldn't get in trouble when we move out. To our surprise, the maintenance staff came and fixed all of the problems. We are very happy with the office staff too. They have been extremely friendly and helpful.

I'm happy for you...but just give it some time, you'll see why this place has a lower than 50% rating.
